Eclair Cake Recipe
This is a very quick and simple no bake dessert cake. It uses graham crackers and a pudding mixture. It tastes just like an eclair, but there is enough for a crowd!! It is a great recipe for children who are learning to cook, there is no baking involved or any power kitchen tools. Just a bowl and a spoon!
Chocolate graham crackers layered between creamy vanilla custard, topped with chocolate glaze. Satisfy your sweet tooth with this quick and easy dessert.
The pastry batter gets baked in a pan rather than piped into individual eclairs, making this creamy, chocolaty dessert perfect for a crowd!
This delicious no-bake dessert combines apples, vanilla pudding and cinnamon graham crackers topped off with a caramel icing. It's best to refrigerate it for 24 hours to let the dessert have time to form a cake-like consistency.
My favorite person in the world, my second mom Patty, gave me this easy and delicious recipe. Its the best.
This is a no-bake pudding dessert that's so quick and easy to make--everyone loves it. I always keep the ingredients on hand in case I need a quick dessert. It's best if it sits overnight before serving.
Have made this twice. First time used store bought frosting. Second time went for homemade chocolate frosting. Took the second one to work and was immediately asked for the recipe. Delicious and extremely easy to make. I think I might try dipping the graham crackers in espresso next time to get a tiramisu flavor.
Made this yesterday to take to a friends house for lunch today. Yum! Will definitely be making this again. I ended up making two batches of the topping as one did not cover it enough so next time I will just double the topping recipe to begin with. I did use french vanilla pudding mix and extra creamy cool whip. This reminded me of an ice cream sandwich.
