Great! my new chili recipe! Can't even really tell its turkey.. if you care about that. Its very hearty with the veggies.. i def add beans.. just about the time i put the zucc's in and i do 1/2 zucc 1/2 summer squash. i use 2-3 cans beans red and white kidney. its GREAT! =)
awesome! I served this and there wasn't one drop left. I doubled the recipe and replaced one packet of taco seasoning for spicy taco seasoning, I also added a couple cans of chopped tomatoes and one can of chopped tomatoes with chile peppers for a little more spice and substance.
This recipe was very good for me and my family. I thank you for making it available.
The best flavored chili I've ever eaten. Cooked for about 8 friends and all were surprised to see zuccini! I added a can of corn, one of chick peas and one of black beans, some garlic and a dash of chili powder. Did not have bell pepper and didn't miss it. I also cut up half of a hillshire farms smoked sausage and threw that in. Cooked all but the zuccini for about 2 hours then put in the zuccini and cooked another 30 minutes. Really much better than traditional chili and much healthier too.
Turkey chili is truly delicious with toppings such as chopped onion, cilantro, chopped bell pepper, cheese, and sour cream.
Awesome chili! However, I did add a can of kidney beans, other than that it's 5 out of 5 stars.
Great chili. I love the zucchini! I added two cans of tomatoes (crushed and stewed) and omitted the salsa and it was still very good.
